4PILAZA.COM (THE ‘SITE’) IS OPERATED BY FOUR PILLARS INTERNATIONAL LTD. THIS POLICY (THE “SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY”) IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (“YOU”) AND FOUR PILLARS INTERNATIONAL LTD. ANY PURCHASES MADE BY YOU THROUGH FOUR PILLARS INTERNATIONAL LTD ON THE WEBSITE WILL BE MADE VIA THE FOUR PILLARS INTERNATIONAL LTD SYSTEM PURSUANT TO THESE SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS. BY PLACING AN ORDER TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS THROUGH FOUR PILLARS INTERNATIONAL LTD, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY. PLEASE READ ALL THE TERMS BEFORE YOU INDICATE ACCEPTANCE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THEM, DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE. YOU ARE BOUND BY THESE TERMS EVEN IF YOU DO NOT READ ALL THE TERMS. THIS VERSION REPLACES ALL PRIOR VERSIONS.
Prices of shipping and methods of shipping available
Shipping rates are calculated based on the geographic location of the customer. All our orders are shipped via a reputable shipping provider.
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number from the shipping provider so you can track the progress of your order.
We will not accept shipping to P.O Box addresses. If an order is place to a P.O Box address, we will contact you for a delivery address. If no delivery address can be organised the order will be cancelled, and the payment refunded in full.
Some countries enforce shipping restrictions on certain goods or materials. If an issue is identified, the shipping provider will validate the concern prior to onboarding the shipment. If your order is subject to such restrictions, we will organise order cancellation and the payment will be refunded in full.
Refunded funds will be released on the same business day; however, a refund will take from 7 to 14 business days to complete depending on intermediate banking arrangements.
Maximum shipping weight is strictly 22kg and maximum length 110cm due to international shipping restrictions with the provider. If an order contains more than 22kg, it will be split into two. Our delivery team will be in touch with you should your order exceed the maximum allowance.
How we estimate delivery times
The following factors will be considered during calculation of estimated delivery times with the shipping provider:
- Length of time it takes for your payment to clear
- Availability of items in your order
- Shipping provider access to your country
- Factory location – Your delivery addresses
- Holiday periods (national and international)
Orders will be dispatched via our nominated courier service, with an estimate shipping time of 8-10 business days. Any change to delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated via email. Please note, we cannot control processing delays in customs or additional delivery time to locations that are subject to these conditions.
Our international shipping provider covers most countries. The system will validate your delivery country prior to the order being confirmed.
International Customs Fees
All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. FOUR PILLARS INTERNATIONAL LTD is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.
If an order is refused by a customer due to custom fees, the parcel will be held for 2 weeks and then be abandoned if these fees are not paid in this time. FOUR PILLARS INTERNATIONAL LTD is not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order.
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends, and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. FOUR PILLARS INTERNATIONAL LTD does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, FOUR PILLARS INTERNATIONAL LTD cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
